Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard has rejoined full training following a two-month absence due to an ankle injury.
The 25-year-old Norwegian midfielder has been sidelined since September after sustaining ligament damage to his ankle during international duty, causing him to miss 12 matches.
Odegaard returned to training with the Arsenal squad ahead of their Champions League clash with Inter Milan on Wednesday.
During his absence, Arsenal’s form has dipped, with the team managing only one point from their last three Premier League matches—a run that includes defeats to Newcastle and Bournemouth, along with a challenging draw against Liverpool.
Arsenal has faced difficulties creating scoring opportunities recently, and the return of Odegaard, a key playmaker and team leader, is expected to provide a significant lift to the squad.
