The Ghana Police Service has announced a Gh¢20,000 reward for credible information leading to the arrest of Fatau Motorway, a suspect involved in last week’s violent clash between supporters of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the New Patriotic Party (NPP) at Mamobi, Accra.
Fatau Motorway was seen brandishing a firearm in a video recorded during the October 13, 2024, altercation. As a result, the police have launched an active search for him.
Authorities have called on the public to assist by providing any information that could help locate and apprehend the suspect. The police have stressed the importance of public cooperation to ensure a swift resolution to the case.
