All People’s Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Dr Hassan Ayariga, has chosen Rev Dr Samuel Worlanyo Mensah as his running mate for this year’s December 7 elections.
This was stated by the presidential candidate in a press conference held in Accra on Wednesday, 4th September 2024. In this new partnership, Dr. Ayariga was confident that it would greatly boost the prospect of APC in the elections.
Rev. Dr. Mensah, who is now the Head Pastor and Presiding Bishop of Christ White House Chapel in Ghana, was reportedly hailed by Dr. Ayariga for integrity and anti-corruption stewardship. Dr. Ayariga offered high remarks about Rev. Dr. Mensah stating that he is self-focused on the positive impact, economic growth, as well as justice in society, and well-known personas in Ghanaian economic and leadership community.
When he accepted the nomination, Rev. Dr. Mensah was installed as the Vice-Presidential candidate of the APC. Dr. Ayariga described him as a precious resource to the party especially in the effort to re-engineer the Ghana economy.
