John Dramani Mahama, the flagbearer for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has expressed enthusiasm about the party’s placement in the eighth position on the 2024 presidential election ballot. This development follows the Electoral Commission’s balloting exercise on September 20, 2023.
In a recent Facebook post, Mahama shared his optimism regarding the number eight, calling it a symbol of hope and change as the nation prepares for the polls on December 7, 2024.
Adding to the excitement, Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin also expressed his support for the number on social media, stating, “8 is excellent. Don’t break it. Choose it!” His endorsement reflects strong backing for the NDC and its campaign leading up to the elections.
