The Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA) has canceled its scheduled Presidential Evening Encounter with Nana Kwame Bediako, known as Cheddar, after he withdrew from the event set for Wednesday, September 18. Cheddar was slated to appear at 6 PM but canceled without providing a reason.
The IEA had announced its lineup for presidential encounters and debates on September 13, with Cheddar’s event planned before Alan Kyerematen’s appearance on September 24. The IEA also confirmed dates for its first and second presidential debates, set for October 22 and November 19, 2024, respectively.
