The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) has entreated all and sundry to join its fire prevention campaign.
This comes in the wake of recent fire incidents in various areas of Accra.
In the early hours of Tuesday, September 3, a fire broke out at Accra’s Zongo Lane, severely damaging the eastern section of the affected structure.
“No firefighter nor civilian casualties were recorded”, the Fire Service said.
In a post on its Facebook page, the Fire service said “GNFS entreats all and sundry to join its fire prevention campaign.”
