The Ghana Police Service has arrested Fatawu Ibrahim, also known as “Fatau Motorway,” who was wanted in connection with violent clashes between supporters of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Mamobi, Accra, on October 13, 2024.
Ibrahim was caught on video wielding a firearm during the altercation, which allegedly led to two individuals being shot and injured. The widely circulated video footage played a key role in identifying and apprehending the suspect.
