A new platform aimed at providing students with access to diverse educational resources and quality learning has been launched in Accra. The mobile application features offline learning capabilities, career planning tools, AI-driven exam preparation, and a virtual tutor, allowing students to learn at their own pace and promoting inclusive education nationwide.
During the launch of the Ghana Knowledge and Skills Bank (GKSB) Portal at the Accra Digital Centre on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, the Minister of Communication and Digitalisation, Ursula Owusu-Ekuful, emphasized that the app would create a universal digital library accessible to all.
She noted that digitalisation offers solutions to challenges in the education system, including limited access to quality resources and disparities between urban and rural schools. Mrs. Owusu-Ekuful urged Ghanaians to embrace the platform, utilize its resources, and seize the opportunities it provides.
