Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam, Finance Minister and MP for Karaga, has pledged GHC500,000 to establish the ‘Anta-GJA Scholarship for Journalists in the Northern Region.’ He emphasized that journalists often face financial hardships and rely on politicians for educational support.
Dr. Adam also urged media owners to offer fair compensation to journalists. Addressing economic concerns, he highlighted government achievements amid challenging conditions and called on journalists to maintain professionalism to ensure peace during the 2024 elections.
