A manhunt is underway for a suspect captured on video wielding a weapon during violent clashes between supporters of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Mamobi, Accra.
The suspect, identified by the alias “Fatau Motorway,” is wanted in connection with the disturbances. The police have released his image and are appealing to the public for any credible information that could aid in his arrest.
In their public appeal, authorities emphasized that they are conducting an intelligence-led operation to apprehend Fatau Motorway and others involved in the violence. The Police Service is urging citizens to cooperate in this effort to ensure justice and maintain peace.
