The popular Yolo actor, John Peasah popularly known as Drogba has experience divine healing during the Friday Miracle Night meeting held at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC). This is following appeals he was making in different media that he needed public assistance in sponsoring his medical bills which touched many people.
Earlier this year Peasah opened up that he was diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome, a very rare disease that affects severely his ability to function. This affected him to sit for long time and aggravated by crowded places thus leaving him struggling every day.
As Peasah was narrating his plight during the Friday Miracle Night service accompanied by his sister, he rehearsed over the way the illness had impaired him to an extent of not being able to perform simple tasks. However, he got a dramatic change during the service, where he was able to do things that he could not do in the last four years.
Stiff Person Syndrome patient, Peasah who is said to be the first Ghanaian to have been diagnosed with the disease, was overtaken by surprise when he described the improvement in his condition during this occasion. Their testimony along with testimonial from the witness of his sister was granted sanctioned and he was applauded with a pinch of faith in the crowd when he testified of the great change that has befallen him.
The video of Peasah’s testimony is viral and many of his fans and well-wishers are elated by his feat and they hope this would mark the beginning of his total recovery from the ailment.
Friday Miracle Night that is being conducted for several years by the CE Airport City Model Church is quite popular among many Christians who are in need of miracles.
