The National Conference of Principals of Colleges of Education-Ghana (PRINCOF) has announced a revised reopening date for the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic year.
Initially set for an earlier date, the reopening has been rescheduled to Monday, January 27, 2025, to address unforeseen challenges requiring immediate attention.
In a statement issued after their general meeting in Sogakope on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, PRINCOF explained the rationale behind the adjustment.
“We regret any inconvenience caused by this change and deeply apologise for any disruptions it may create,” the statement noted.
PRINCOF assured students, staff, and stakeholders that the necessary steps are being taken to ensure a seamless start to the academic year.
“We remain committed to resolving these challenges and are working closely with the relevant authorities to address the issues effectively,” the statement added.
The leadership of PRINCOF also urged all stakeholders to remain cooperative and patient during this transitional period as they work towards a successful resolution.
