Alan Kyerematen’s office has denied the authenticity of a widely circulated letter claiming he was appointed as Acting Director for the establishment of the 24-hour Economy by President John Mahama.
In a statement signed by Kwame Owusu Danso, Esq., Special Advisor on Communications to Kyerematen, the letter was described as a deliberate fabrication intended to deceive the public.
“The alleged appointment letter is entirely false and maliciously crafted to create confusion and spread misinformation,” the statement emphasized.
The office of the Movement for Change leader urged the public to disregard the fake letter, calling it a baseless attempt to mislead.
“This blatant act of misinformation must be treated with the contempt it deserves,” the statement said.
Kyerematen’s office also advised Ghanaians to stay alert and verify any claims through credible and official sources to avoid falling victim to false narratives.
