In recent weeks, Real Madrid has found a new level of consistency under Carlo Ancelotti, striking a better balance between attacking and defending. Kylian Mbappe, showing flashes of his brilliance, has become a key figure in their forward line. Los Blancos will be hopeful of securing three points when they meet Osasuna at El Sadar Stadium on Saturday, a venue where Real Madrid has remained unbeaten since 2011.

Ancelotti praised Mbappe’s contributions, noting, “Mbappe is bringing a lot to the team, he’s been getting into a rhythm for a couple of months. Little by little, we’ve found a good rhythm, and that’s great to see. As I have been saying, we are improving in the areas where we struggled in previous games, and we need to keep pushing forward to correct any remaining issues.”

Atletico Madrid will follow closely behind Real’s match, taking on Celta Vigo at the Metropolitano Stadium. Barcelona, on the other hand, will face Rayo Vallecano on Monday evening.

Barcelona, with its reliance on young talent like Lamine Yamal, has experienced some inconsistencies, but coach Hansi Flick remains determined to keep the team in title contention until the very end of the season. “We need fresh legs for the next match,” said Flick. “There will be changes in the team, but winning every game is vital. We always focus on the next one.”

Elsewhere, Villarreal faces Valencia in a critical match at the Ceramica Stadium. Villarreal hopes to strengthen their European ambitions while also furthering Valencia’s struggle against relegation.

Villarreal manager Marcelino Garcia Toral expressed confidence in his squad: “We have the utmost trust in this group, both in their ability and attitude. We need to keep working to improve and gain more points in the second half of the season.”
